We want you to feel confident about your SUNN Swimwear purchase. This policy explains returns, size exchanges and refunds. Our change of mind policy is additional to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Returns and size exchanges

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you would like to return an item because you changed your mind or need a different size.

To qualify, the item must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition, with all tags and the hygiene sticker attached. Please only try swimwear on over underwear. Items that have been worn, washed or returned without the hygiene sticker are not eligible for a change of mind return or size exchange.

Items clearly marked as final sale are excluded from change of mind returns and size exchanges. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, incorrectly supplied or does not meet a consumer guarantee.

Who pays for shipping?

• Change of mind returns: you pay the cost of sending the item back to us.
• Size exchanges: you pay both the return postage and the cost of sending the replacement size to you. Replacement sizes are subject to availability. We will confirm availability and the postage cost before you proceed.
• Free shipping: our free Australian shipping offer applies to new purchases, not to return postage or the delivery of an exchange.
• Original shipping charges: any shipping fee paid on the original order is not refundable for a change of mind return. We do not deduct an original shipping charge if your order qualified for free shipping.
• Faulty or incorrectly supplied items: the change of mind shipping charges above do not apply. We will cover reasonable return postage costs where the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied, in accordance with your consumer rights.

For an international change of mind return or size exchange, you are also responsible for the return postage and, for an exchange, the replacement delivery cost. Please contact us before posting an item.

Refunds and store credit

Once your return arrives, we will inspect it and let you know the outcome. An approved change of mind return can be refunded to your original payment method or issued as store credit, according to your preference.

We generally process an approved refund within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect or develops a fault, email us as soon as you become aware of the issue. Include your order number, a description and photos where helpful. There is no 48 hour reporting limit on your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The 14 day change of mind period, hygiene conditions and final sale exclusions do not limit these consumer guarantee rights. Store credit will not be imposed instead of a refund where you are entitled to a refund under the Australian Consumer Law.

How to start a return or exchange

1. Email he***@**************om.au with your order number and the reason for your request.
2. For a size exchange, tell us which size you would like. For a faulty or incorrect item, include relevant photos.
3. We will reply with the return address, instructions and any exchange postage costs. Please contact us before sending your item.
4. Keep your postage receipt and tracking details until your return or exchange has been completed.
